1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.
2. Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
- Unboxing photos/video help us process damage claims faster.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customised or personalised products, perishable items, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Minor handcrafted variations are not considered defects.
4. How to Request a Return
Go to your account dashboard or email [email protected] with your order ID and reason. Our team will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are processed via the original payment gateway.
6. Replacements
For damaged or defective items, you may choose a replacement (subject to availability) instead of a refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the returns process above applies.
